A brief history
From spacecraft
to the fab.
Aerogen Systems began as a two-year NASA research project, chartered to develop the next generation of air purification for long-term space travel.
The program produced a system that outperforms anything commercially available, destroying contaminants outright rather than trapping them in consumable filters.
Today, as a Y Combinator-backed company, we bring that technology to the place where contamination costs the most: semiconductor manufacturing.
The technology
Destroy,
don't collect.
Polluted air comes in. Contaminants are chemically destroyed at the source. Clean air comes out. A modular reactor with onboard monitoring, and nothing to swap, ship, or landfill.

Facing yield problems?
We'll build a system to fix it.
We're piloting Talos inside semiconductor tooling, with CleanPipe fab integration on the roadmap. Pilot slots are limited, so tell us about your platform.
